The journey begins...

In 1989, Allen was asked to join a residential treatment center where he was introduced to the world of therapeutic child care. His time at the treatment center was God ordained as this was the place that Allen learned who he was and what his God has called him to do. Allen excelled as a child care professional. In late 1991 he was asked to participate in building a new program that specialized in therapeutic family living, a family based model (RTC). It was at this point that his loving wife, Jennifer, joined him as the two became one heading down the path that the Lord had called them. A path to bring hope to the hopeless, Jesus to the down and out.

In 1993, Allen and Jennifer founded Hope For Tomorrow (HFT). In the early days HFT was specialized in stabilizing children that were moving out of residential care into a family model. The experience the two had in residential treament launched their reputation in helping children to create brighter tomorrows. Allen has always said that "Keeping God First" is the only way to be truly successful in life. This mission, his conviction, has served to promote God in all that we do at Hope For Tomorrow.

It is our hope at HFT to be in all eleven regions of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. We are a full assessment center and adoption agency. We are in pursuit of developing our dream of a Learn and Play Center that specializes in equipping students who are aging out of foster care. The Hope Center is a place to find Hope, Purpose, and Destiny. We serve a big God, who has big plans for those who will keep Him first. Love the Lord with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. He will never leave you nor forsake you. For He knows the plans He has for you, plans of good not evil, plans to give you a future and a hope, plans to give you Hope For Tomorrow. (Jeremiah 29:11)
