Chaplain Program

So, just what is Chaplaincy? Chaplaincy is a very specialized ministry where the minister serves not in a church nor “para-church” ministry,
but in an institutional setting. The chaplain ministers not to a congregation, but to at he public at-large.

The people who make up this community may wear military uniforms, hospital gowns, hard hats, badges, and inmate orange-glow jumpsuits.
Like the Apostle Paul, chaplains are generally “tent-makers”: they usually have institutional administrative and staff jobs in addition to their ministries. But that is acceptable to chaplains, for serving in such “non-ministry roles puts them in places where people – people with needs
who ordinarily would never darken the doors of a church (much less talk to a minister) – come to talk and interact with the chaplain.
The chaplain is there to listen, care, and respond appropriately to the agenda of the client. Such is the ministry of the Chaplaincy.

>Workplace:s not distracted by marriage and family crises, alcohol, drugs, and other addictions, as well as a myriad of personal and spiritual problems are safer, more productive employees. Studies indicate that for every dollar spent on workplace chaplaincy results in a $7 saving for business due to absenteeism, accidents, medical and counseling intervention and treatment, etc,. Specializations in the field of workplace chaplaincy include union, truck stop, airport, seaport, fire department, police department, race track, and college chaplaincies. Requirements for those chaplaincies vary considerably.

Our goal is to equip people for the work of the ministry in the market place, where they spend most of their time. We teach effective biblical principles for reaching out in the market place. Our main purpose as Christians is to advance the Kingdom of God! You cannot do this by staying inside the walls of a building. If you haven't noticed, the world is not beating a path to the door of our buildings!

We MUST go to them! Believe that by recognizing the gifts that God places in people and teaching them to expand their vision, we can release a force into the market place! Many men who are called to the market place feel they are less important than full time ministers. We must break this man made myth and release these five fold market place ministers. We have prayer teams for onsight intersession. Prayer walks are also a powerful tool for the market place, to help stir our hearts to share the burdens of others. We have small group studies for the work place. We believe that God will bless businesses that are Kingdom minded through prophetic teaching and insight I believe we can see our land altered.
The best and brightest belong to the kingdom of God, we should be at the forefront of everything, from business to entertainment, the kingdom
of God should be the best!
